In 2026, Rogers Behavioral Health celebrated two significant milestones: the fifth anniversaries of the Ladish Co. Foundation Center in Oconomowoc and the Rogers Behavioral Health Sheboygan clinic. Together, these anniversaries highlight five years of expanding access to care, strengthening communities and creating opportunities for hope and healing.
Ladish Center: Five years of connection, compassion and community
When the Ladish Co. Foundation Center opened on Rogers’ Oconomowoc campus in August 2021, it was envisioned as more than a building. It would be a welcoming place where patients, families, employees and community members could gather, find support and build meaningful connections.
Five years later, that vision continues to come to life.
In August, Rogers celebrated the Ladish Center’s fifth anniversary with an employee open house, highlighting the programs and services that have made the building a cornerstone of the Rogers community.
Home to Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation, the Rogers Research Center, Spiritual Care and a Ronald McDonald Family Room, the Ladish Center brings together resources that support patients and families beyond traditional treatment.
Over the past five years, the impact of these programs has been remarkable.
Supporting patients and families: Through the generosity of donors, Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation has provided more than $11.2 million in Patient Care Grants and Angel Fund assistance, helping patients overcome financial and practical barriers to treatment.
Advancing research: Established in 2020 through a generous philanthropic gift, the Rogers Research Center has helped advance evidence-based mental health care. Its work has included 142 studies, 169 publications and nearly 8,000 research participants, contributing to discoveries that have the potential to improve treatment outcomes.
Nurturing spiritual wellness: Rogers’ Spiritual Care team provides inclusive support to patients of all faiths and beliefs. Over the past five years, more than 15,800 patients have participated in spiritual discussion groups, creating opportunities for reflection, connection and healing.
Creating a welcoming space for families: The Ronald McDonald Family Room has welcomed more than 27,000 visits, providing a place of comfort and respite for families navigating a loved one’s treatment journey.
Strengthening community connections: The Ladish Center has also become a gathering place for local organizations, hosting meetings for more than 10 community groups each week and fostering relationships that extend Rogers’ impact beyond its campus.
These milestones reflect the vision behind the Ladish Center: creating a place where compassionate care, groundbreaking research, community engagement and philanthropic generosity come together to support mental health and wellness.
As the Ladish Center enters its next chapter, it remains a powerful example of what is possible when a community invests in hope and healing.
Sheboygan: Celebrating five years and breaking ground on the future
In June 2021, Rogers Behavioral Health opened its Sheboygan outpatient clinic and first-ever Supportive Living facility, expanding access to specialized mental health treatment for individuals and families in the region.
Five years later, the impact of that investment is evident.
Since opening, Rogers Sheboygan has:
- Served more than 2,000 patients
- Provided more than 13,000 nights of Supportive Living, offering patients a supportive place to stay while receiving treatment
- Delivered more than 45,000 appointments through its Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs
Behind each of these numbers is a person taking meaningful steps toward recovery, supported by compassionate professionals and evidence-based treatment.
Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation has played an important role in making that care accessible. Thanks to the generosity of donors, the Foundation has provided more than $2.41 million in Patient Care Grants to individuals receiving treatment in Sheboygan, helping ensure that financial circumstances don’t prevent patients from getting the care they need.
This year, the fifth-anniversary celebration also marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
Rogers broke ground on an expansion of its Sheboygan clinic, paving the way to serve even more individuals and families seeking specialized mental health treatment.
The expansion builds on five years of growth and reflects Rogers’ continued commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the Sheboygan community.
Building on five years of hope and healing
While the Ladish Center and Rogers Sheboygan serve different purposes, their anniversaries share a common story: the lasting impact of investing in people, programs and places that support mental health.
From creating welcoming spaces for families and advancing research to expanding treatment options and helping patients overcome financial barriers, these milestones demonstrate how Rogers Behavioral Health and Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation work together to make a difference.
None of this progress would be possible without the dedication of Rogers’ employees, the generosity of donors and the support of community partners who share a commitment to improving mental health care.
As Rogers celebrates these five-year milestones, there’s much to be proud of — and even more to look forward to.
Here’s to the next five years of expanding access, strengthening communities and bringing hope and healing to more individuals and families.
