Socially distancing didn’t stop Marquette Associates in Chicago from coming together as an organization – virtually – to support Rogers! It did require a new strategy, but that was easy for this investment company.
Instead of asking staff to drop off gifts amid the pandemic, they invited them to donate via Venmo. The gift drive honored social distancing, and it was super convenient! Several employees purchased the gifts with the collected donations and sent them on to the Foundation to give to kids going through treatment at Rogers Behavioral Health. Thank you, Marquette Associates, for investing your time and resources to show our patients they are remembered this holiday.
