Here are just a few ways former patients and families, organizations, and passionate individuals have raised funds and friends for the Foundation:

  • Swing-a-thon – Residents at Marquette University’s Cobeen Hall swing for 36.5 hours straight every year to raise awareness of eating disorders and raise funds for patients at the Rogers’ Eating Disorder Center.
  • Skate-a-thon – Three middle school girls set out to skate for a day to raise awareness of mental health challenges. They collected pledges to support their efforts, with all proceeds going to Rogers Foundation.
  • Rummage sale – One passionate mother set up a rummage sale in her local high school gymnasium. Representatives from Rogers were on hand to bring awareness to mental health challenges and proceeds were donated to Rogers Foundation.
  • Golf outing – An area corporation donated all proceeds from its annual golf outing to support the initiatives of Rogers Foundation. A check was presented to a Rogers staff member during the awards ceremony following the event.
