Make a meal for a Rogers Family
Share comfort through a nourishing meal.
Our Meals from the Heart program invites small volunteer groups (up to 6 people) to prepare and serve food for families supporting a loved one in treatment. It’s a simple, meaningful way to show you care by providing comfort, warmth, and nourishment during a challenging time.
Hosted in the Ronald McDonald Family Room® located in the Ladish Co. Foundation Center on the Rogers Behavioral Health campus in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, this program gives families easy access to fresh, healthy meals without the added stress or cost of leaving campus or packing food from home.
How It works
Groups – gather a group of 5-7 people.
Flexible Date & Time – select a date that works for you, there is availability during the week, daytime or evenings.
Time Commitment – 1.5hrs (depending on the meal).
Food & Supplies – everything is provided by the Ronald McDonald House Charities® Eastern WI. Use our fully-equipped Family Room kitchen to cook and package meals for guest families.
Why It Matters
When families are focused on a loved one’s recovery, even a small gesture like a warm meal or a sweet treat can bring relief and reassurance. Your time and care help create a welcoming, supportive space during a difficult journey.
