Our Work: Ladish Co. Foundation Center
Surrounded by inspiring works of art by individuals who’ve experienced mental health and addiction challenges, we invite you to relax, connect, learn, and hopefully even have a bit of fun.
Made possible, in part, by a $2 million donation from the Ladish Co. Foundation, the Ladish Center will serve as a centerpiece on Rogers’ main campus. We are incredibly appreciative of the Ladish Co. Foundation, as well as all of our donors for making this resource possible for our patient families and community:
The Ladish Co. Foundation Center was built to be a restorative, stigma-free place for Rogers’ families and community members to gather and support one another on the journey to mental health and wellness.
The Family Room, located inside the Ladish Center, provides a welcoming environment where parents and families visiting a loved one at Rogers can take a break from the clinical environment of the hospital. Here, guests can grab a snack, enjoy a restorative nap, watch a movie, get some work done, entertain a sibling, or simply relax with a cup of coffee.
No reservations are needed! The Ronald McDonald Family Room is operated by Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin staff, seven days a week during daytime hours. All amenities are complimentary to Rogers’ families and friends.
Rogers is what it is today, in part, because grateful patients and their families wish to give back for the care they received. Some become advocates for Rogers on a national level, others host events on behalf of Rogers, and others make financial contributions that result in helping families with free treatment, building and program expansions. All share the common element: connection to Rogers Foundation.
Moving the Foundation inside the Ladish Co. Foundation Center signals the important role that grateful patients have and will continue to play in helping Rogers achieve its mission of providing highly effective mental health and addiction treatment that helps people reach their full potential for health and well-being.
Established in 2020 by a generous donor, Rogers Research Center was created with the goal of advancing evidence-based practice and improving mental health outcomes through innovation and research. Their vision is to become the premier patient-centered mental health research organization in the world. Learn more here.
Supported 100% by the Foundation, Rogers offers supportive spiritual care resources specifically designed to address spirituality as a part of treatment. Located inside the Ladish Center, the Tadross Family Chapel offers a peaceful oasis for all who enter. Filled with natural light, it is a place to meditate, pray, and make connections with your spiritual self in the outdoor meditation garden.
The Ladish Center is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere, offering dignity and respect to former patients, their families, and the local community, along with opportunities to participate in life-enriching experiences such as:
