Host a Holiday Gift Drive to support patients at Rogers

Being away from loved ones over the holidays while experiencing the challenges that come with mental health and addiction treatment can be especially difficult for patients at Rogers Behavioral Health.

Many people do not realize the extent of patients at Rogers whose severity of symptoms will make it unlikely that they will return home from residential treatment in time for the holidays, or whose family resources will make it prohibitive to participate in the gift-giving season.

Each year, individuals, organizations, retailers, and corporations hold clothing or toy drives for children served by a wide variety of non-profits. This season, will you please consider Rogers for your charitable giving?

How to host a drive:

Please let us know when you plan to hold a gift drive and which Rogers’ location you’d like to support. Contact Linda Shieble in the Foundation office at 262-646-1652 or linda.schieble@rogersbh.org. Gifts are due to the Rogers location of your choice by December 4.

  1. Set out a drop box with our Wish List flyer.
Display the flyer next to a drop box (barrel, box, etc.) and invite your friends or colleagues to bring in items during a designated timeframe. Have the items delivered to the Rogers location of your choice by December 4.
  2. Purchase items from the Faith Factory Gift Registry.
Purchase items from a Gift Registry hosted by local SE Wisconsin retailer Faith Factory featuring uplifting gifts for mental health, recovery, and well-being as sold at Rogers Behavioral Health’s gift shop.
  3. Purchase items from our Amazon Wish List.
For your convenience, an Amazon Wish List has been created. At check-out, choose to send items to yourself for an in-person gift drive or ship items directly to the Rogers location of your choice or to Rogers Foundation (34700 Valley Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) for general distribution.
  4. Collect cash gifts.
Outright donations assist the Foundation in filling in the gaps and allow us to purchase specialty items as requested by our clinical teams. Gifts can be made online or mailed to Rogers Foundation to 34700 Valley Road Oconomowoc, WI  53066.
